Five years ago, I booked my first solo trip (to Switzerland) while struggling with anxiety and social anxiety β and honestly, I was absolutely terrified.
I spent WEEKS researching safety, reading every blog post I could find, and imagining every possible thing that could go wrong…
Even though I was only going for a weekend!
I desperately wanted to see the world, but my brain was convinced I wasn’t brave enough, confident enough, or even capable enough to do it alone.
But I was scared and then I went anyway.
And that trip proved something important: I CAN do hard things.
(Even when my anxiety was shouting at me that I couldn’t.)
Since then, I’ve travelled solo to 24+ countries, lived abroad, and built this business to help other women realise you don’t have to be fearless to see the world on your own terms.
And don’t get me wrong, I still have anxiety and social anxiety. And I still absolutely overthink every solo trip I take.
But I’ve also learned practical systems that help me feel safe, prepared, and just confident enough to keep saying yes to trips that once felt impossible.

What I can promise is practical support, honest advice, and a personalised plan that helps you feel more prepared and capable. The goal isn’t to eliminate fear completely, but to help you move forward despite it.
For many women, one session is enough to give them the clarity, reassurance, and practical plan they need to move forward.
However, if you feel like you’d benefit from additional support later on, we can always discuss follow-up sessions.
I intentionally keep things simple and pressure-free. There’s NO requirement to sign up for ongoing coaching or long-term commitments.
