Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Thank you for your purchase and for supporting my business!

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

When you purchase a digital product from this website, you receive immediate access to downloadable files and/or digital resources. Because these products cannot be returned once accessed, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or circumstances where you decide the product is not right for you after purchase.

Please read each product description carefully before completing your order.

If You Experience a Technical Issue

If you have any problems accessing your purchase or encounter a technical issue, I’m happy to help.

Simply email katie@whereskatienow.com with your order details and a description of the issue, and I’ll do my best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once verified, duplicate orders may be eligible for a refund at my discretion.

Incorrect or Corrupted Files

If any file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, please contact me, and I will provide a working replacement or updated download link.

Product Updates

Where stated on the product page, purchases include lifetime updates. This means you’ll receive future improvements and additions to that specific product at no extra cost. It does not include future products or services unless explicitly stated.

Compatibility

Some products use third-party software or platforms (such as Notion). It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the necessary software and meet any basic technical requirements described on the sales page.

I genuinely want you to have a great experience and will do my best to help with any product-related issues.
